What is UX(User Experience)

User experience is a strategic exercise.

User experience (UX) focuses on having a deep understanding of users, what they need, their value, abilities, interests and also their limitations.  It also takes into account the business goals and objectives of the group managing the project. UX promote improving the quality of the user’s interaction with and perceptions of your product and any related services.

UX Strategy

A strategy is an approach or plan of action to achieve a major goal. You can’t design how a person reacts to a product.

So, UX solve this problem with a certain process that follows into four steps like Plan, Analyze, Design and Test and Refine.

It requires becoming a person who leads the entire process rather than one who does whatever the stakeholders or clients demand. It requires doing your own research. After that it requires developing a strategy (based on all the research you did at the beginning of the project). Finally, taking design decisions based on it and making sure to everyone and sticks to it.
